Radiance Natural Health seeks to inspire and cultivate true wellness through the harmonious blend of Acupuncture, East Asian Medicine, and Somatic Therapies. We are here to transform the way healthcare is perceived and experienced; To practice the best of traditional medicine and to mindfully incorporate modern breakthroughs to better treat the unique health challenges of our times.
We’ve returned to the fundamentals of healing. Inspired by the dedicated physicians of the past—those who carried their black bags into the homes of their patients, offering wisdom, care, and restoration—we seek to revive that tradition. Our vision is to nourish the health of our community and the world through East Asian Medicine, Acupuncture, Somatic Therapies, and the power of Herbal and Food-based Medicinals.
Thalia de Jesus Dain, L.Ac., LMT, is a nationally board-certified Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, and Herbalist with 18 years of experience in holistic healing. Her expertise spans a wide range of health concerns, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to promote deep and lasting wellness.
Thalia’s journey into Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine began while living in St. Croix, where she personally experienced its profound benefits. Inspired, she returned to the States to attend Chinese medical school, building a foundation that integrates psychology, extensive bodywork experience, and the full scope of Chinese medicine—including Nutritional Therapy, Manual Therapies, Herbal Medicine, and both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles.
With a deep passion for guiding people toward slowing down and embodying their most radiant, natural selves, Thalia’s work is informed by her own mixed racial and ethnic heritage. Her curiosity about diverse healing traditions—and the ways they intertwine to create even more effective therapies—fuels her practice daily. This exploration has led her to a special focus on abdominal therapies and herbal medicine. She holds advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage, and Visceral Manipulation.
Beyond her healing work, Thalia is also a musician, playing viola with the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra—come catch a concert! (www.portsmouthsymphony.org) When she’s not in the clinic or on stage, she finds joy in music, nature, great food, sailing, beach days, and traveling the world in search of beauty, culture, and inspiration.

If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere while getting some concerns addressed this is the place for you! Thalia is thorough in collecting a baseline for your first appointment so she can get to the root cause of your problems. I highly recommend acussage which is the method of combining massage and acupuncture. I had my first treatment today and it was wonderful! I felt so relaxed and was given some homework on how to address things further. All in all 10/10 recommend this place!Posted on Jacki BrownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thalia is a goddess. I've been seeing her for almost 5 years and I still tell her what she does is magic. The combo of acupuncture and massage is so incredible. You will never experience a more relaxing and rejuvenating massage.Posted on M LessardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thalia is simply great! I showed up with a persistent lower back issue (following surgery) and a new (at the time) tendinitis issue in my elbow. My back issue is now "history" at this point and the elbow pain is also nearly gone. From the very first appointment, it was clear to me that she really knows what she is doing. Every visit has left me feeling less pain and having more flexibility in my back and elbow. I greatly appreciate her skill knowledge and skill!Posted on Jen BonannoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't say enough positive things about Thalia and her practice. I've been driving an hour each way to regularly see her for years now because she is that good and worth it! Her knowledge, experience and passion for her work shines through every day. She cares deeply for her clients and the community. She listens intently and customizes her treatment to address individual needs. If you're new to acupuncture or just want to check it out, she offers community acupuncture, or if you're ready for a deep dive into relief then I highly recommend you book an individual appointment. You won't be disappointed!Posted on KaleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thalia Dain is an awesome massage therapist and acupuncturist! She is thoughtful and responsive to your needs. Her space is super cozy and relaxing. She gave me a full body deep tissue massage, was able to find the hotspots and give them the attention they needed. And when I brought up a trouble spot in my big toe she targeted it with acupuncture and it felt great by the time she was done! Afterwards, she continued her care by recommending how to heal my toe and keep my body well. Cannot recommend her enough! ?
